Refund policy
If the ordered product is an original artwork, then returns are not accepted. I will make sure that all products are properly packed for fragile content and that the packages are labelled as such.
In the ordered product is an apparel item, please get in contact as soon as possible at office@artforsoul.net, before returning any products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. The return address is set by default to the Printful facility.
