Welcome to my creative space!

My name is Ana Grigorescu, and I am a 41-year-old self-taught artist, originally from Romania. For the past decade, I have been living in the beautiful landscapes of Finland, where I’ve recently re-discovered a long-lost passion for art. This journey has led me to explore and fall deeply in love with watercolours, as well as to experiment with mixed media, creating works that reflect my appreciation for elegance, minimalism, and delicateness.

Nature is my constant muse. The serene beauty of the Finnish landscapes and the quiet, profound moments in the natural world inspire much of my work. I believe that art has a unique power to bring happiness, and it is this joy that I aim to share through every piece I create.

Art, for me, is not just about self-expression—it's about connection. It is a way to bring beauty into others' lives, and I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to do so. My daughter plays a central role in this journey. She teaches me daily the importance of trust, both in myself and in the process of creation. It is to her that I dedicate my artistic efforts, with all the love and gratitude a mother can have.
